Entries will close about 10 days before the race, a notification will be added to the website nearer the day.
You need to be 16 or over on the day of the race.
Your race pack, including your race number, timing chip, baggage label and race guide, will be posted to you approximately 1 week before the race.
Your race pack will include your running number and a race day guide with information to ensure you are ready for the event.
Your running number will have your personal ‘electronic running chip’ fixed on the reverse of the number. This is activated as you cross the start & finish line and will give you your own personal ‘chip time’ to complete the course.
Also included is a baggage tag. If you wish to drop your bag off in the secure baggage area whilst you run then please attach your baggage tag to your bag and present your bag at the secure baggage area before the start.
If you lose your race number please come to the help desk on the race day to have a replacement issued. The help desk is open from 0700hrs until the race starts.
To have a replacement issued you must bring proof of entry, this can be a confirmation email or bank statement and photo identification. Please note there will be a limited number of replacement packs and these will be issued on a first come first served basis.
The race starts at 0830hrs.
It’s best to arrive no later than 0730hrs to ensure you’re able to drop your baggage, visit the loos & relax.
You will be asked to line up behind marshals holding up boards with times on. Start behind the board that corresponds to your expected 10 mile time.
As the run is in November, there are no restrictions on roadside parking on Sundays. There are plenty of parking spaces in the roads around the Football club, especially along Marine Drive West. We do however ask you to be very considerate to the local residents and do not block drive ways etc.
Bognor Regis Football Club is about 1 mile from the train Station, leave the train station and head up Linden Road to the Roundabout, turn left into Victoria Drive heading South Follow this until you come to Sylvan Way turn right here and follow to the end. Turn right here (Nyewood Lane) and the football club is a few hundred yards up on your left.
Yes, due to the road closures we have a cut off time of 2.5 hours . Once the roads have been reopened you can still finish the course but are advised to do so on the pavements.
Yes – there are numerous public toilets around the course. These will be clearly highlighted for you.
The road closures will be staggered across the course but around the race village and the start / finish line, the road closures will commence at 0800hrs.
Yes, there is a medical treatment centre at the start / finish plus additional mobile medical resource covering the course.
All finishers of the Regis10 will receive a bespoke medal.
